Donations for Ganabathi (Update)

The cheque handed over to Gana's brother from Weng San and me

Just to let everyone know that DAP Damansara has collected a total of RM4,860 and handed over the cheque to Gana's family on Saturday morning.

Four of us had a pleasant discussion with Gana's wife and elder brother who have managed a few trips to Kamunting to visit him. He's in decent spirits, lost about 5 pounds of weight and complains about the food ;-). Those detained under ISA are actually allowed visits any time during the day, 45 minutes each time. He's now spending the bulk of his time reading (3 books allowed per week) and writing.

The family will like to thank everyone who has contributed and sent their well wishes. They still strongly believe in Gana's sacrifice for a good cause and we can hope and pray for his early release from ISA detention.

For those who are still keen to donate, the DAP National Headquarters have set up a Trust Fund for the 5 Hindraf leaders detained under ISA. You may do so by depositing cash or cheque into the following account:
Bank: Malayan Banking Berhad (Maybank)
Account Number: 5141 7814 5866
Account Name: Democratic Action Party
All funds in the account will be to cover the necessary legal expenses as well as to support the detainees' respective families. Your generosity is much appreciated!

Dear future YM Tony,

Thanks for the good deeds you have done!

BN definitely won't get my vote in the coming GE.

Dear Tony

Confucius said, "A picture is worth a 1,000 words"

A cheque is also worth more than BN's thousand words.

Well Done. That's real leadership by example.

I salute Dr Chua So Lek for taking full blame and conviction of his actions by resigning from all posts, ministerial or political party.

I hope all the "guilty" BN ministers will take the cue and commit "seppuku" for honour and principles!

Hey Tony, I am a bit surprised to see you quit CyverVillage and started your new journey in politic with DAP, but you have my full support to make this a better place for the rest of us who can't afford to migrate out of this shitty place.

May God bless you!

Well done Tony. We're proud of your work.

On the subject of Chua Soi Lek, I'm curious as to who set him up. Surprisingly there's not much speculation in the papers. Was it internal backstabbing?

Maybe you could share your views on this. Thanks.

Dear Tony Pua,

I understand that DAP has produced an alternative budget which I think is a brilliant move. By doing this we as Voters can compare and contrast with the one prepared by the gomen and decide which is the better option. Up to now it has always being one sided and the people were not allowed to feedback whether it is realistic or dodgy.

For those who are new to this alternative budget thing, in major countries, it is normal for the main Opposition party to come up with one for the discerning readers to compare and decide which is more superior.

For a start, why not put your alternative budget in your website for people to access, if you have not already done so.

Thanking you in anticipation!

:(
我猜错了、、、、
但是他的位子也做不稳
为什么?
因为未来马华主席这位子实在是太吸引人了,谁能够得到卫生部长这位子那就代表他下一届也会出任马华主席这位子、、、、站得高未必是件好事:)
