Siem Reap

After a hectic 6 months of election preparatory work and election campaign, I've finally found some time to take the family out for a short holiday (before Parliament starts) at Siem Reap, Cambodia, the access to the world renown, Angkor Wat. This place has certainly changed a great deal from when I was last here with Ting Fong, back in 2001. ;-)

Will blog more soon after I return ;-)

(Can't get my phone to work the entire day... my SIM card is having roaming issues... Ting Fong is pretty happy about it...)

Wish YB have a happy holiday with your family.

Oh yah, if you have a opportunity to drop by at the capital of Cambodia, please keep your eye on Petronas symbol.

Petronas have invested approximately 300 petrol kiosk in the capital of Cambodia but I was told more than 80% was not in operation. (not reported in the annual report)

The roaming charges is very expensive, cost you USD10 per minutes. Good Luck (It is better not to answer any phone call)

I hope YB and family enjoy your holiday in Siem Reap happily.Your hard-earned victory in the recent 12GE is really damned tiring and this trip is worth going. But remember, plan your ammunitions when coming back to Malaysia as the Parliament is going to start at the end of this month, right?Your voice is indeed precious and the rakyat is watching the whole proceeding live for 30 minutes,I understand.Anyway, have a fruitful holiday and recharge your battery ful, okay!

Have a rest and unwind with your family.

Re-charge for your first Parliament appearance to deliver your first salvo.

Saw the new Parliament sitting - wonder whether it was intentional to place the 3 of you (you, Jeff and Charles) first timer Parliamentarians together?

Not that it's going to make any difference ...

Enjoy your holiday la. I was just back from Celine Dion's concert, and guess who's there...Najib and DYMM YDP Agung. Despite BN's turmoil, Najib seems to be in a good mood. When he reached, everyone "Boo-ed" him(Najib), but I hope the YDP Agung doesn't misunderstand because they came together. The people are actually targeting Najib.
