Tony, can you get the event recorded and uploaded online so overseas Msian can watch?
The level of corruption in UMNO, MCA and MIC is shocking http://www.thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2007/9/9/nation/18832193&sec=nation We have to stop the rot and destruction of Malaysia urgently. Vote wisely!!
But after all, I am quite surprised that this piece of news could be found in the Star! Kudos to the Star's Editor. I hope that one day they are as good as the Sun.
RM224.94 a set. Less RM32.80 which you could have paid for the same identical set. Over-payment is RM192.14. This marked-up difference, you know, I know, goes to -
1. the supplier, RM20
2. the party who gets awarded to supply, RM50
3. the Government Agency goons who gives out the award, RM100
4. extra balance RM22.14 for miscellaneous entertainment and soliciting expenses
The arithmetics are all so simple. Just check them out. It happens to ALL awards given out from all Government Ministries and departments all the way down to the Local Authorities. Who pays all these wastage and corrupted moneys? The rakyat of course. From their tax moneys. That's why we have this Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) to do all the dirty work. They squeeze the rakyat high and dry. Been going on for years in and years out.
Why are you so SURPRISE, Mr Auditor General?
This is all about allowing the
CRONIES to CHEAT the Government
LEGALLY.
To allow the CRONIES to become BILLIONAIRES overnight.
N E P is created for these SCUMS to make MONEY without effort.
It is a LICENSE for these
CROOKS/CRONIES to "PRINT" Money.
Please DO NOT rock the
Corrupted system, la.
Ini lah, we called MALAYSIA BOLEH, ma.
Let them enjoy all these
ILL gotten gains now.
They will all ROT in H E L L later.
Despite all the exposure by the Auditor General, is anyone prosecuted or brought to justice??
Our police force, AG, judicracy, ACA are all dyfucntional and rotten to core!
So what if we know what we already know. Nothing will ever change and all the people involved in the tender will continue to get rich at taxpayers expense. And we are stupid fools to continue voting for them.
If opposition wins, the first thing is to sack all the useless, time wasting leeches in the Government dept and put them behind bars!
My fellow Malaysian. The only way to solve this year-in and year-out problem is to vote BN out in the next GE. They are corrupted to the core. We must do it before its too late. Vote BN out
The man in the street and non Umnoputra will not benefit much from the Budget.
With all the multi millions allocation in the budget, the one who really benefits from the budget are Umnoputra and cronies…. as they are the one who will recieve the projects.
Hi Tony,
If DAP can come out with a budget, why not DAP start establishing a new government altogether by getting more Malays and other races into the party and start building a new cabinet.
The Rakyat wanna kick this current corrupted regime out, but there is no alternative yet.
Hi Tony,
I meant some sort of shadow cabinet like the one in Britain. Let it be make up of capable people of all races. This is a way to show the rakyat how the opposition can deal with our country’s problem in a structured manner so that the transition to power can be more apparent.
Budget is one thing but corruption is a sickness where even the best budget cannot bring the country forward.
UMNO is only good at cronism and corruption!!
Why are we soooo surprised and angry about the ridiculously high prices paid by government agencies on items that cost peanuts?
This sort of abuse and corruption has been publicised many years ago and for many times. Like paying a bomb for packets of instant noodles.
Open mal-practices. But were there any actions taken on the culprits? Did the exposure of such mal-practices stop others from carrying on such mal-practices?
Of course no! Certain individuals are happily carrying on siphoning off from the gravy train! Islamic state, irrespective.
Despite all the exposure by the Auditor General, is anyone prosecuted or brought to justice??

Believe it or not some goonies in the government will say that we cannot act on it because there is no police or ACA report.
Hi Tony,
Some advice given by Raja Petra to DAP:
http://www.malaysia-today.net/blog2006/index.php?itemid=8038
Please consider this seriously if DAP is to gain dominance in the country.
Good luck!
Hi Tony,
The DAP really needs to reform. If it truly wants the support of a malaysians of all walks of life it should shed it's image of being a chinese party.
Dont expect to win seats when you keep coming back with the same old strategy all the time. Instill new blood from different races and prove that the DAP is indeed a multiracial party.
The chinese will never trust PAS for some reason and the chinese cannot expect the malays to trust DAP too.
Reform now or face extinction.
We can support, but u need to get malay's help.
I agree DAP should reform to work with the malays but not this...
"The only way whatever the grouses and dissatisfaction of the DAP supporters and sympathizers can only be met by DAP cooperating with the BN to create a ‘Unity Government’, because as is, the Malays would never support the DAP to gain substantial position in the Parliament, let alone enough power to form even a simple majority government"
For now, I simply cannot swallow the above statement.
In order to work with BN, it has to mean DAP to join BN and follow by their rules, generally the UMNO rules. The end result would be worse than ever. So that the BN (generally controlled by UMNO) would have 99% voice in the Dewan Rakyat?
Certainly DAP can considers what Raja Petra had advised. But, a lengthy consideration and study should be done. A very simple question would be how can DAP help the minorities in this country by turning herself into another 'MCA' or 'Gerakan'?
No doubt if DAP join BN, all DAP members will get a lot benefits, just like the MCA. They even can become part of the ruling government, sounds really good. But, how about the minorities in this country?
We should thing thrice whether we really wanted a 'unity government'.
If DAP is absolved into BN, she will be extremely powerful. This is because a 'unity government' means there would be no other competition. And you know what that means.
I'm all for DAP to work with the Malays of this country, but if DAP really wanted to work with BN, they have to make sure they can convince them to reform. Otherwise, the idea just sounds too good to be practical.
