There...Now that we know the lending is to the govt. There is a question - who is doing the collection? As far as I know the govt has no mortagage collection system, dealing with late payment, deliquencies etc.<br /><br /><br />This is really a low-cost rental scheme. Its lease-to-own but given the poor record of low-cost rental units, it would be most likely that few would end up with any equity. In the end, the govt will have to pay back EPF the money and take a hit.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
